Federica has a degree in Natural Sciences, a Master's degree in Land and Water Management and she is passionate about Conservation and Natural Resource Management. She has 20 years’ experience in Cooperation living in different Countries (Mozambique, Angola, Darfur, South Sudan, Ethiopia and Kosovo) working as Program Manager and a Consultant in different sectors: Conservation, Socio-Economic Community Development, Environment, Gender and Job creation, WASH, Rural Development, Climate Change, Institutional Capacity. She has experience with different stages of projects: the conception, design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. My experience as a Program Manager includes different areas: Community Socio-Economic Development in Conservation Area, Water and Sanitation, Climate Change.
