Professional with more than 15 years of experience in business, human resources and financial management, of which more than 10 years in leadership positions, having been a member of Executive Committees, Fiscal Councils, and currently reporting directly to a Board of Directors with advisory and supervisory functions. I have solid management skills and understanding of multiple areas of a company with special focus on the value chain of Human Resources management, Treasury, Internal Control and Commercial Administration. Throughout my professional experience I was able to learn and develop strategic corporate skills by providing strategic guidance that adds value to the company. Some highlights from my current and previous management experience include: • Assistance in the process of creating from the roots a group A company having defined the policies and strategies of action for the areas of Treasury, HR, Internal Administration and Logistics; and, • Redefinition of the HR area of another company (more than 1100 employees) orienting to the new objectives and strategic vision of the company.
