Resumo

• Leadership of more than 50 employees, through the implementation of training, motivation, mentoring and coaching in order to ensure compliance with the company's objectives. • Supervise the operations team in account management, customer service, financial operations, among other functions of the Bank. • Direct contact with customers in offering solutions, design and implementation of customer retention and loyalty strategies according to the region's reality. • Coordinate costs, sales, distribution, and provision of administrative material and staff needs. • Identify, address training needs and develop HR capabilities. • Presented papers during local conference and meetings. • Negotiate MOU with partners and increase the market share of the Bank. • Carry out quality assurance tests to discover errors and optimize usability.
