
Mr. Milton Santos Guirrugo holds a degree in Civil Engineering - Branch of Structures and Construction, Faculty of Engineering of Eduardo Mondlane University and is a member of the Order of Engineers of Mozambique, Ministry of Public Works and Housing, Provincial Directorate of Public Works and Housing of Maputo, Municipal Council of the City of Maputo and Municipal Council of the City of Matola. He has been involved in a number of projects, both in the drafting and supervision, supervision and construction phases, in the Province and City of Maputo and in the Provinces of Gaza, Zambézia and Nampula. It was also involved in drawing up various financial and technical proposals for various tenders, drawing up documents for tendering procedures and evaluating and determining the winners, based on the procurement rules adopted by the World Bank, the European Union, AfDB, BADEA, etc. He currently works at MISAU as Infrastructure Manager (construction and rehabilitation) of the Regional Project to Combat and Strengthen Tuberculosis and Occupational Disease Control Systems, funded by the World Bank. He has a strong knowledge in sizing activities of reinforced concrete, metal and wood. He also has in-depth knowledge of the design, procurement and management of civil construction projects, design and drafting of sanitation projects in buildings, public works supervision activities and measurement and budgeting activities.
