• Comprehensive knowledge of elements of logistics operations and supply chain management on health sector context, transport/distribution, warehousing and stock management system; • Native Portuguese speaker and Advanced English (C1); • MBA – Business Management; • Excellent computer skills including skills with Microsoft Office, web-based databases, and electronic filing; • Certified in Logistics and Supply Chain Management; • Good geographical knowledge of Mozambique; • Last Mile Supply Chain Management; • Outsourced Transport Management; • Health Commodities Management; • Knowledge of the overall health sector context, of PEPFAR and its priorities; • Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, and can easily liaise with government (MISAU, CMAM, SPS, DPS, DPM), donor (USAID, Global Fund, World Bank and others) and implementing partners (local and international NGO) and public entities to advance a given agenda. • Ability to work independently and as a team player to ensure achievement of a common objective; • Effectively manage priorities and workload in an environment with constantly dynamic and evolving scenarios;
