Resumo

I have recently worked in Madagascar as Head of Programs of Adventist Development and Relief Agency since January 2019 through July 2020. My last role involve providing high level oversight of the programs and all projects of ADRA Madagascar Office with a portifolio of more than USD10,000,000 per year. My mail responsibilities include: • Ensure that program strategies drive direction and decision making of the country office. • Develop and maintain strategic networks and partnerships • Ensure that all major program decisions and commitments are approved by ADCOM. • Ensure that the program unit operates within established departmental budget, approved grant budgets and all approved procedures. • Coordinate development of new projects in harmony with the country strategy and established quality standards and ensure that key stakeholders are involved through a participatory approach. • Assist the Program staff (including Program Coordinators/Officers, Project Managers) in implementation of the projects. Assessing the progress of the projects towards achieving their goals and objectives and providing administrative and ensure that technical support is provided where needed. Before I have worked with: * World Vision Mozambique as Project Monitoring and Evaluation Manager for COVIDA Project in an FHI360-led consortium and implementing the project in Gaza and Zambezia Provinces * Adventist Development and Relief Agency Mozabique as Mozambique WASH Project Director and SCIP Ogumaniha Project Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at different times. * Vanderbilt University/ Friends in Global Health as SCIP Ogumaniha Project Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator. * I have also worked in different other positions in DRC, Rwanda and Swaziland. I have strong knowledge in Programs and Project Management, Project Monitoring and Evaluation and Business Development. I am fluent in Portuguese, English and French. I am permanent resident in Mozambique
