
I have a bachelor’s degree in nutrition science at Porto University and a master’s in Quality, Hygiene and Food Safety at Camilo Jose Cela University. After graduating, I went on to work with clinics and in some Projects (Mining / Oil and Gas). Doing this work, I was able to deepen my knowledge in clinical / Public Health/ Community nutritional as well as in Food Safety and Hygiene, HSE Methods/Systems and Reporting, capacity building, program planning evaluation, training/education, analytical, and interpersonal skills to drive projects and teams to peak results.
