1. Logistic tasks & Responsabilities • To coordinate and monitor warehouse operations • Coordinate transporte and delivery of supplies and stock • Perfom and update the office stock database on a montly basis • Ensure the receipt and delivery of program material • Prepare weekly and monthly reports and plans • Organize land travel, • Support in checking the logbooks of the organizations vehicle and leased vehicles. • Support operations of district where activities are being implemented • Ensure efficient and effective management of organizations fleet. • Ensure and confirm receipt of the material to the final beneficiary • Certify the delivery of material in a time manner or required and avoid delays • Certify the quality of the material received • Prepare the delivery and receipt guides with appropriate signitures • Regular stock update and register material outflows and entrances. • Ensure regular maintenance of the organizations vehicles • Completion of monthy fuel consumption reports for the organizations vehicle • Ensure regulary checklist completion of vehicles • Responsible for management, fleet/transport, safety and office security. 2. Process Procurement For Goods And Service From Country office Teams: • Receives requests for goods and services (requisitions) and ensures their completeness/ compliance before they are processed; • Reviews requests about product description and specification, prices, lead times and availability, promoting standardization, value for money and economy of scale; • Prepares tender documents, receives/collects bids and prepares Comparative Bid Analysis for the Tendering Committee; • Takes tender meeting minutes and reports the outcome. Ensures the committee members have signed on the tender minutes; • Prepares Purchase orders and sends them to finance department for approval; • Notifies the selected suppliers of the purchase order once
