Resumo
Jacinta has over 5 years’ experience working in development and emergency projects with vast experience in research, monitoring, evaluation and consultancies in the different sectors, including public health, education and life skills training. She is a proven trainer and mentor in leadership and management,monitoring and evaluation of development programs and evidence-based planning. Jacinta has Supported 5 External consultancies related to Key populations, COVID 19,Water, Hygiene and sanitation, Sexual Reproductive Health Rights, Entrepreneurship and Life skills using different learning methodology including Outcome harvesting and focused on formative assessment. From January 2022 to date, Jacinta has been working at TLMM. She is currently supporting the MoH of Mozambique and TLMM in designing and implementing independent monitoring of leprosy control program funded by the Foreign,Common Wealth and Development Office. In this project, Jacinta has designed the monitoring strategy, trained data collectors, overseen data collection, analyzed data and written reports with recommendations for action and managed large data sets and triangulating findings of data from different databases to draw logical conclusions. Jacinta has also worked as Field Coordinator at World Vision Mozambique,in Zambezia province. She is experienced in Financial management and budgeting (budget control),justification of variances,analyzing the financial report,accounting and procurement procedures,creating,collaborating and maintaining relationships with local government and partners, setting up of monitoring and evaluation systems,supervise field programs and experienced in program start up and close up. Her expertise in mixed methods research presents her with skills to manage studies that require both qualitative and quantitative methods of data collection and analysis.
