I have great experience in community development projects; identification , planning, designing and implementation. I have also worked for a Finish non-governmental organization in Mozambique as country representative responsible for receiving, analyzing and making a pre-approval for funding or no funding. I was also responsible for giving training to recipient organizations on project management.
