My professional experience and academic profile, Master's degree in Social Education with a focus on Management of Humanitarian organizations/NGO, are aligned with the requirements for this position. I did achieve international course of Account management with Grants writing and fund application, international course of Effective technical assistance to NGO, and Managing for high performance programme. I have deep knowledge of complex and long-lasting projects operations and management in the area of Education, Agricultural Value chains, Public Health, Water and Sanitation, practical knowledge of Intern operation/procedure manual development, IT, finance/operation compliance process. My professional career includes more than 14 successful years of projects operation/management, funded by different reputable donors (PEPFAR/CDC, USAID, UNDP, AECID, World Bank and EU), budget forecast, execution and monitoring, Human Resource management, vehicle fleet and office management, procurement and supply chain process, oversee local sub-recipients to ensure that their components are effectively integrated into the overall project, program monitoring, evaluation, research and reporting. As Provincial Operations Manager of Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, I have been planning, executing, monitoring and reporting on all finance/operations issues in Inhambane province, serve as focal point of Child protection and Office Security in the project, establish good working relationships at different levels and stakeholders as primary beneficiaries, sub grantee, Ministry of Health local government with the team. My work language is Portuguese, and I have a proficient level of English, regular level of French and Spanish. My computer skills are advanced in the packages of MS word, PowerPoint, excel, use of zoom platform, MS teams, skype to hold meetings and presentations. Else, I have advanced skills on working with GPS system for procurement, BOL for payments.
