My professional career includes more than 14 successful years of projects operation/management, funded by different reputable donors (PEPFAR/CDC, USAID, UNDP, AECID, World Bank and EU), budget forecast, execution and monitoring, Human Resource management, vehicle fleet and office management, procurement and supply chain process, oversee local sub-recipients to ensure that their components are effectively integrated into the overall project, program monitoring, evaluation, research and reporting. As Provincial Operations Manager of Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, I have been planning, executing, monitoring and reporting on all finance/operations issues in Inhambane province, serve as focal point of Child protection and Office Security in the project, establish good working relationships at different levels and stakeholders as primary beneficiaries, sub grantee, Ministry of Health local government with the team. My work language is Portuguese, and I have a proficient level of English, regular level of French and Spanish. My computer skills are advanced in the packages of MS word, PowerPoint, excel, use of zoom platform, MS teams, skype to hold meetings and presentations.
