Abdul Osman is trained in Operations and Supply Chain Management (Oil and Gas Specialization) in the University of Liverpool. He has an extensive experience in Mozambique and several certificates in Procurement and Supply Chain Management. He has worked with government departments and multilateral agencies in the Procurement and Logistics field for more than 15 years.
