I worked at Zimbabwe Posts Private Limited as a Procurement Intern for One year. My responsibilities included Assisting the Procurement Officer and her assistants in raising quotations, quotation analysis, preparing the tender and procurement documents. I also participated in opening of tenders, quotations and evaluation. I was also taught how to Implement approved procurement plans, updating procurement status report, issuing and receiving of stock,preparation and maintenance of stores records I also worked at Zimbabwe Ministry of Mines as a Supply Chain graduate trainee i was in charge of every stage of an organization’s supply chain, from purchasing raw materials to production to ensure that the product comes at just the right time and coordinate storage for it, so nothing goes missing or gets damaged along this complex process. I also worked at Loagro Limitada in Chimoio Mozambique as a Procurement and Logistics Assistant i was responsible for tracking of logistics and update the company’s inventory analyzing operational performance and resolve procurement issues, collaborating with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations for example shipping, delivery to meet quality and safety standards. l am someone have advanced communication skills and negotiation abilities, which can be used to build lasting relationships with clients and suppliers. I can negotiate quality product prices that work well with a company's budget. Theses skills may me one of the best candidate for the job
