An experienced Programme Coordinator with expertise in process change management, project management, and analysing and mitigating risk to safeguard programme compliance within higher education and non-profit organisations. Passionate about understanding service user and business needs and working collaboratively with stakeholders to identify, devise and implement strategies that shape and improve engagement and service delivery, whilst meeting the strategic and financial objectives of the organisation and external partners. Having permanently relocated to Maputo from London, I am keen to develop my professional abilities further in the areas of programme or project coordination with a focus on humanitarian action and corporate social responsibility, which offers plenty of scope for job satisfaction and career progression.
