Trade officer: Make international transactions (import and export) using Finacle software and using Swift software to correct and download the swift tickets which are generated after making the transaction on Finacle to then send it to clients. • Using Finacle software to make debit credit transactions, and to check clients' balances before making a transaction. • Treasury: Using Finacle treasury to post the valorimetria(currency) stand at the end of the business day. • Admin work: Filling in reports such as branqueamento de capitais, mercado cambial (money market) to send it to Banco de Moçambique, reporte geral (includes import and export transactions, FX trades (buying and selling of currency, import, and exports) and statements reports on the daily incomes and outgoings) • Regulation of documents: -Attaching Swifts and currency tickets to the transaction processes. -Stamping and regularising post payments. -Registering and filling the transaction. -Approving the terms of purchase. • Operated Finacle software system effectively to manage and process customer currency orders with precision. • Issued payments to fulfill contract requirements and complete transactions. • Used spreadsheet software to compile and analyse financial data. • Wrote reports detailing actions for internal use, client review, or official recordkeeping.
