Resumo
I am a Medical Doctor working in the Mozambican National Health System for the past five years, with a progressive career path, during this time I grew affection and strong tendency to work with health programs in general, and for the management of health programs in Mozambique, especially those related to infectious diseases are great burden with great impact on the health system therefore are the main reasons for search of public health services and generating an extensive demand of activities in public health workers that also not forgetting the marked social and economic impact. I have worked in daily assistance of HIV/AIDS patients, occupied the positions of Program Coordinator and Chief Medical Officer, that have allowed me to develop the ability to lead and work in teams, motivate co-workers and conceive strategies to improve the institution's performance, sense of readiness, effective and reliable communication, and learn the real impact of interaction of factors as education, income, community and social involvement conferred on me qualities as major roles for creating policies that are compatible with the national context
