Joyline Muchuchu Makanda holds Master’s degree of Development Studies and Honor’s Degree in History and International Studies. For the past 7 years, she has been working for national and international companies as logistics manager. Joyline also has humanitarian experience where she became a project coordinator. She provided coordination services to all Lion’s IPs (Implementing partners) key fund partner during emergency response. Joyline also ensured that the emergence responses followed core humanitarian standards. She led the transitions from emergency to recovering phase. She is highly disciplined, motivated, reliable and professional. She can work under pressure with less or no supervision in any organization where she can apply her knowledge high lightened above, being able of producing opportunities to develop and progress. She enjoys being part of a successful and productive professional team that thrives in a highly pressurized and challenging working environment.
