Angelo Muandula I hold an experience of about 25 years in Mozambican’s private sector, as result of my superior deliver at Coca-Cola Sabco and Cervejas de Mozambique (SABMiller) at a managerial position. My professional experience also include Hewlett Packard and Parmalat (Nationala Sales). As a senior leader of the above multinational players I led the commercial RTM transformational agenda through (i) continuous enhancement of the sales service model focus to volume, value growth, (iii) drive of sales operational discipline to leverage efficiencies and productivity through consistent routines and processes , (iv) flawless execution of the marketing plans to ensure superior coverage of the market, (v) capability building of sale’s & distribution staff, both resulting in a consistent business organic growth and gains of Market Share, profit maximization and delivering value to shareholders I had an opportunity to perform regional and national positions based in various geographies of the country, namely South (Maputo & Gaza), Center (Sofala and Manica) and North (Zambezia and Nampula). Working in various provinces provided me with a large and comprehensive exposure to the multicultural environment and a deep perspective of the Mozambican market, considering that various nuances with impact on the ways that business must be conducted and the interpersonal relationships as per the cultural variations, balanced with common business approach. I still willing to continue exposed to the multifaced environment, so I am happy to be allocated to any geography (province or even abroad).
