
Twenty years in the Risk & Compliance Management; Audit, Fraud Investigation, Fraud Risk Management, Operational Risk included BCM(Business Continue Management), Credit Risk, Recoveries, Security (physic and electronic) with the following duties: • Manage security activities in general. Develop security plans and policies. Perform risk analysis, adopt preventive and corrective measures to protect lives and property of the Bank and restore normal activities of Branches. Manage security agents’ teams and private enterprise. Monitor, collaborate, coordinate services and provide business intelligence consulting and advisory services; • Conduct Fraud Investigation, conduct root cause analysis, recommend controls to reduce the risk of fraud, representing the Bank in external stakeholder meetings and dealings such as the police, prosecutors and courts; • Identify, evaluate, design process flows controls and test the operational risk in the business, and measure the impact in the business; • Credit analyses as part of recoveries, evaluate if the credits applications for disbursement is in compliance with credit policy and procedure; • Support Credit Department in the recoveries of non-performance loans and recoveries losses due to fraud; • Audit controls and procedures, alignment to Group Policies; • Define and sign SLA’s related to operational risk with business units and third-part service including Security Companies; • Monitor and support the business areas in the closures of audit and regulator findings; • Assurance on the implementation of Policies and Procedures and controls also do respective tests.
