I am Senior Operations Manager very committed with my work with approximately seven years of experience in the business market. I have experience working in areas such as Administrative, Human Resources, Finance & Compliance. During my career I had the opportunity to work with agrobusiness, telecommunications, commercial & social impact business companies. I contributed to create SOP’s (Standard Operations Procedures), Human Resources Manual, Finance & Operations Manual in my current business field. In 2022, I got my master’s in business management, and I was considering the best student by the Mozambique Saint Thomas University. Among my basic characteristics are adaptability, dynamism, responsibilities, perfectionism, self-demand, dedication to work and good relationships in general. Nowadays, I am looking for an organization where I can improve my skills & qualifications and seek my effectiveness in the market to develop an objective work and generate good results and providing the company's growth.
