Intervention in several countries, namely Mozambique, Guinea Bissau and São Tomé and Principe, in the implementation of infrastructure projects through public-private partnerships for construction and its management During the last 4 years, experience with program development and management, representation and technical leadership on a capacity building program to the Mozambican Government to the implementation of PRONASAR (National Rural WASH Program), at national (DNAAS), provincial and district level, leading a team of more than 10 technical advisers and several national and international consultants. Also technically advised DNAAS in managing partnerships of different development partners and management of a joint fund for the sector supported by USAID, DfID, SDC, among others. Representative of an international NGO (SNV) in several WASH forums in Mozambique, including PLAMA (Water Mozambican Platform) and GAS (Water and Sanitation Group). Development of monitoring tools to monitor pided Deep experience in designing, managing and evaluating contracts, including consultancies (nationals and internationals), work and supply contracts funded by different financing mechanisms.
