With twenty (21) years of Professional Experience, of which 7 (seven) in the coordination of Agrarian Programs and Rural Development, based on the Rural Extension Methodology in the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Fisheries of Maputo and Magude district. Eight (8) years in the Coordination of Social and Disaster Management Program with a focus on Food Security, Education, Training, Monitoring and Supervision of 78 Groups of Producers in Revolving Credit and Savings Methodologies in the Scope of Disaster Risk Reduction Projects, Adaptation to Climate Change and Community Development, funded by the European Union, the German Government through the German Red Cross, Spain and Norway. Coordinated Projects of the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent, Terre Des Homme and the UNDP through the INGD at the Red Cross of Mozambique, Provincial Delegation of Gaza. Six (06) years, in the Coordination of climate change Adaptation project on agricultural component through Farm Field School (FFS) methodology at the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) in partnership with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ministry of Land and Environment through GEF funds. As part of the implementation of FAO activities in Gaza province, the Climate Change project: GCP/MOZ/112/LDF. This experience galvanized my professionalism, as part of my responsibilities was to work with the Government at all levels (Ministry of Agriculture and Provincial Directorates of Agriculture and Fisheries, SDAEs), partners, civil society organizations and the target community with a goal to guarantee the active and proactive involvement and participation of the target groups at all stages of the Projects.
