
I have worked as a receptionist for 3 years to a company named ASAP, based in Maputo, where I also Assisted the financial department on: • Calling national and international customer for payments of the outstanding invoices, according to the established payment terms; • Sending invoices to the customers and assist them in whatever they request, for the clearance of the process; • Be in constant touch with the bank – BCI, just to ensure the payments reach our accounts on time; • In case there is any problem, communicate to de administrator and do the necessary follow up with the bank, to get it sought out on a timely manner! • Track payments and report with the payment proves to the direct supervise; So, during the 3 years, my greatest achievement was to help the company get the outstanding invoices paid completely.
