Resumo
I, Oriana Vanina Correia de Lemos Barata, 37 years old, Have a degree in Environmental Engineering from the Technical University of Mozambique, UDM. Having worked in the area of Environmental Engineering and Management for 5 years, I actively participated in several projects nationally and outside Mozambique. I have experience in environmental impact studies, interaction with local communities, and project management. During the period of work in the area, I was exposed to numerous contacts with government structures at the national and local level, and I participated in field visits where I was able to get a real sense and sensitivity of the way of life of local communities at the level of districts, towns and villages, having participated in numerous consultation processes with populations in different parts of the country. In recent years, I have taken on the challenge of micro-business, a journey that has significantly expanded my knowledge, capacity, and experience in business. I was involved in creating and managing Lorini Lda, a company in the graphics and events industry, and Ukati Lda, a store specializing in decorative items for interiors. These experiences presented numerous significant challenges, from securing financing to adapting to the demands of social and business environments. Currently, I am looking for a new challenge that will provide me with the opportunity to further develop my career in a well-established institution. I want to contribute to the development of the country through the communities that are the pillars of its growth in terms of human and financial development.
