Mr. Fondo has over 10 years’ experience working in research and translations for local Mozambique NGOs. With a focus on human rights and advocacy, Mr. Fondo has worked with different NGOs as a research assistant and translation specialist. In the capacity of research assistant he has experience in data collection, managing field work, and conducting analysis and report writing. Mr. Fondo also has experience in recruitment, and capacity building for Enumerators to conduct field research and for specific project trainings. Mr. Fondo’s responsibilities have included overseeing qualitative and quantitative research, budgeting, quality control using SurvertoGo, ODK and other tools, translations, and overseeing logistics. Mr. Fondo received his BA from the University of Eduardo Mondlane in 2014. Mr. Fondo is fluent in Portuguese, Changana, and Chope and is proficient in English.
