He has experience working in the area of project management and coordination with a focus on good governance, development, health, water and sanitation based on the community participation strategy. ensure relationship development with government and community authorities and stakeholders (NGO’s) ensuring activity planning and integration work environment and teamwork building, gender mainstreaming, review and develop health guidelines and training tools aligning with international standards, train health providers in different contents (Covid 19; HIV; Nutrition; Malaria; First Aid; WASH, agriculture, youth and wellbeing). Organize training seminaries, workshops, balance and coordinating meetings; ensure technical assistance to Health sector, supervising, monitoring and evaluation of the projects; co-facilitate and coordinate project impact research. Ensure human resources management (HR needs assessment, recruiting process assistance and SOW design) Write accountability reports and document delivery and results. Provide technical support in district and provincial teams, identify training needs, organize and provide training both on the job and in person. Also as expertise to review and develop training tool aligning with international guidelines, develop training packages and plan, budget and train social services provides in light of capacity building.
