1. Importations of material for the project - Follow -up the arrival date of the vessel, - Organize the documentation for the clearance process for the container, - Issue the letter to the Customs to get duty exemption of the goods, - Send the containers from Maputo to provinces (Gaza, Inhambane, Zambézia and Nampula), - Contact with the internal and external suppliers regarding to the materials to be supplied, - Report to the company if the materials are as per order, 2. Purchases for the project - search for different suppliers to the quotations, - Issue the Purchase Order, - Follow - up the deliver dates of the materials /equipment, - Send the proof of payment to the suppliers, 3. Others - Booking and buy the ticket for the company travelers - Booking service for the company vehicles in South Africa - Contact with insurance company about some accident’s issues - Marking reservation of the Hotels for the company visitors from abroad
