Please find enclosed my application. I found your job posting and I see myself as a potential candidate for the role. I am a studying business management on University USTM, 3rd year and have an extensive experience in delivery of service to internal and external clients in the corporate system, worked as a receptionist for a year and as a service consultant at Global Alliance insurance for 3 years, as an administrative clerk at ICE Seguros for 3 years and now as an office administrator at IDNIL Consultants. At my current position my main responsibilities are as follows: -Managing office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies; -Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance; -Keep stock and office supplies and place orders when necessary; -Prepare meetings between different stakeholders; -Take minutes of the meetings; -Follow up on office contracts inherent to office operational activities; and -Manage communication between Mozambique and South African Offices. I believe I am a suitable candidate for the position because I am capable of meeting the results requested and more, I am enthused by the role and company values and objectives.
