Resumo

Imaculada Esperança Jeje, 26 years old, Mozambican, born and resident in Maputo province. I have a Degree in Agronomic Engineering since 2017 and a Master's degree in Food Technology in 2020 from Eduardo Mondlane University. I have more than 4 years of research work with communities especially in the area of post-harvest food management, including training and expansion of food preservation technologies in order to improve the use of products produced in the community to improve their nutrition. During my training in Agronomic Engineering and Master's degree in Food Technology, having worked on research projects related to the productive performance of crops and the quality and safety of food.
