For 14 years, I have been dedicated to working in primary health care, with a specific focus on strengthening clinical services for HIV/AIDS and Tuberculosis. This experience includes 4 years in the Ministry of Health and 10 years in non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that support the Ministry of Health. My expertise lies in ensuring the quality-of-care services and integrated treatment for HIV/AIDS in districts and rural health units. I am committed to achieving the objectives and indicators set by CDC/MoH, providing technical assistance to DPS and SPS. Additionally, I have a proven ability to lead, assess, and train a multidisciplinary team to identify and overcome limitations and obstacles. Furthermore, I have played a pivotal role in ensuring the integration of services and programs directly related to HIV/AIDS, such as Quality Improvement (QI), Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Prevention of Mother-to-Child Transmission (PMTCT), tuberculosis, and others. Notably, I bring extensive experience in managing projects with various donors, including CDC, and handling budgets exceeding $30 million.
