Sixteen years of experience of which 7 plus years as senior finance officer at Oxfam, six years divided into loan officer and Business Client Adviser at Procredit bank, one year as administrative officer at Alicia – Support and logistic, Lda, one year as accountant officer at Outsourcing – Accounting and management, Lda, and one year as cashier at Quick Chicken Group; 2. Very good capability of working with NGO’s implementing partners and donors; 3. Has very good experience in assessing project feasibility, writing budget and financial reports of the grant. 4. Experienced on capacity building on finance to the implementing partner, giving them on the job training to they comply with donor rulers; 5. Also experienced on conducting external audit during audit process of the grant management; 6. Very good capacity to bring solutions to any financial issue that may arise during implementation of the grant; 7. Capacity on writing proposals to be submitted to the donors; 8. Very good assessing organizations (NGOs) in terms of finance and administrative, programme and internal governance; 9. Capacity to learn faster and able to learn new things;
