Resumo
I am very committed to the job and have strong knowledge of Mozambican Labour Law which leads me to conduct my staff with honour and respect. Within my tasks I am able to be involved in hiring process of locals and expats staff; I am very familiar with the disciplinary procedures, salary processing and all taxes involved on it such as social security and income taxes. I am able to identify training needs on staffs as well as to promote development policies in order to promote motivations in all levels of command.
