Managing shipping line export exports. Handling export cargo clearance via marine port, especifically agri- produce, minerals, fish, and flora and fauna. Strong communication base with shipping lines and clients on load, transit, transshipment, and destination ports. Export documentation through internal systems, container stock and equipment control. Procurement of client quoting, stock and storage controls at Beira port and depots, system manifest and B/Ls generation. Vendor pricing and services. System data input for exports, sales, procurement with other shipping line agents. Internal system ALFA and WEBCSM updating, Customs system updating MCNET system vessel and containers, etc. Maintaining communication network between the shipping line and import customers (consignees, shippers, notify parties, clearance agents, port, customs, Government parrtnerships, etc. Declaring and legalizing all cargo and containers to relevant authorities. Releasing of BLs of shipping line containers. Vessel cargo manifests, invoicing Freight charges as per the manifests and contracts, general import costs and charges, waivers, container deposits etc. Billing, invoicing, tracking and tracing of ships and container movements in Import cycle.
