Experienced facilitator and coordinator of trainings in social norms, professional orientation, skills for employability and entrepreneurship, having worked for both national NGOs and donor-funded programs. Social Entrepreneur, having founded and managed two start ups, SUSAMATI - a social business in the area of sanitation and ALLTRACK, a GPS tracking platform for real time vehicle tracking. Participated in three boot camps for Social Entrepreneurship in Maputo and Portugal. Founders of UBUNTO academy Mozambique, a NGO that provides trainings, workshops and other activities to spread the concept of Servant leadership. Passionate about social norms and gender issues, having completed a online course in social norms by Pennsylvania University and a training of facilitators in gender by Oxfam and Gender at Work.
