Directs and promotes the Company in building and engaging in a proactive safety culture. Ensures that the EHS management system follows EHS policy, guidelines, applicable standards, and instructions. Support Company management in setting EHS objectives. Support the conduction of audits, and perform internal HSE audits, and job site audits. Manages the EHS Administrator in the implementation of HSE policies and mission. Moderating events based on root cause analysis process (on demand) Selection and application of HSE methods and tools to enable the HSE management system. Overseeing the implementation and monitoring of environmental, health and safety management systems, policies, and procedures on the project. Carry out audits and inspections to assess hygiene risks and compliance with the World Bank's environmental and health and safety regulations, Follow up on the Screening Reports to ensure that all activities are carried out with all environmental and social safeguards. Work with external suppliers to select and purchase suitable chemicals and hygiene equipment. Ensure the proper storage, handling and disposal of chemicals and hazardous materials, in accordance with legislation and international best practices and World Bank rules.
