Mr. Jose Henriques is a world-class Project Coordinator/Manager (ISO 9000 environment) trained at MOZAL Project from 1998 to 2000. I is a multipurpose Engineer, with great success in Coordination/Management of the implementation of Social and Private Urban& Rural Development Projects, having the highlight the region of Beluluane (MOZAL), Municipality of Beira, Pemba, Quelimane and recently Maputo, as well The Cabo Delgado, Maputo and Sofala Provinces. He is an Engineer (registered in ORDEM n. 483), trained in Civil & Industrial Construction Engineering (Master of Science) for 34 years. They additionally have a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering for 27 years. He went though an Internship in soil, concrete and bituminous pavements Mechanics at LEM (4 months) 1996. Attended several Project/Program Management courses since 1994. Trained as a consultant in integrated quality control management using ISO 9001, ISO140O1, ISO22000 and OHSAS180. She has been trained in Idealization, Planning, Management, Monitoring and Evaluation of Projects/Programs for 29 years and a Business Management course for 3 years, among others. He is a Private Consultant in Environmental Impact Studies since 2002 (Reg: n. 542/DNAIA/GDN/02) and trained in Environmental and Social Safeguards since 2004 by IFC (Cape Town). With +16 years of successful experience as Coordinator in the Implementation Management of Projects/Programs for the Development of Public and Private Urban & Rural Infrastructures, in an ISO 9000 world-class Environment, focused on results, such as: • Survey and Elaboration project for the 1000kms rehabilitation project of the N1 road (Nampula and Cabo Delgadpo) in Northern Mozambique (1 year), • Environmental Audit of the Rehabilitation of the N1 Alto Ligonha-Alto Molocue road (1/2 year), • MOZAL Project (10 years) Supervision of Texlom MOZAL road and Matola Rio bridge, Arruamentos machamba Associacao Bematchome, • PHASE Education (4 years),
