Resumo
Victor Nuvunga, Mozambican, is Master degree in Economics and Postgraduate in eLearning and Distance Education. He is a Researcher, University tutor, and a highly regarded coach and online facilitator working extensively in training other tutors and young people in LMS management, online facilitation, and developing student support strategies, course curriculum and materials. He is a social activist and a researcher with strong background in Economics, Development, Project Management, and eLearning and distance education leadership. Actually he is the Head of Research and Community Engagement at ISCED – Higher Institute of Science and Distance Education, in Mozambique.
