Mr. Ali Paquira is a Mozambican Business Development Professional with more than 5 years of experience creating strategic relationships with non-profit, government organizations, international development organizations, and some private sector corporate entities. Skilled in client relationship management and leadership development skills facilitation, Mr, Paquira is passionate about promoting inclusive and sustainable economic growth for youth. Beside of having a degree in Commercial Agriculture, Mr, Paquira holds several Business Development and Entrepreneurship certificates. His experience spans across Project and Activity Design, advising for Enterprise Development, Market Linkages & Expansion, Digital Product Development, Agricultural Products Value Chain Development, Coordination of Bidding Development Processes and Actions for Youth Community Engagement. Furthermore, Mr. Paquira leads and represents some national and international youth organizations. And as part of Mr. Paquira’s evaluation experience, includes the implementation and management of quantitative and qualitative surveys, facilitation of group discussions, survey instrument design, and enumerator training. He surveyed over 1,500 households and conducted over 100 key informant interviews across Mozambique, in sectors including agriculture, rural development, livelihood, governance, and health.
