Resumo
I am a doctor for 11 years, 4 of which working as occupational, environmental and health and safety responsible in a sugar plant. Some of my personal key competencies are supervising others, conflict resolution, communication skills and team building. Related to Safety and health at work I my technical competencies health and safety law, risk management and core competencies are strategy, planning and leadership management. I started working in a small clinic and then transferred to big rural hospital as the director and only doctor there. After going for my post-graduate studies I was promoted to the Provincial Occupational Health rep and then promoted to be the head of the occupational national program. I am a recognized expert in decision-making and a communicative collaborator. My previous roles have strengthened my capabilities in motivation and communication, including a keen attention to detail and accuracy. What distinguish me are my personal performance, communication and working with others.
