I am currently employed at Standard Bank Moc. as a Sénior Complaints Consultant. As a Consultant and previous customer Consultant, I have developed strong communication, customer service and query management skills. I believe I can easily fit into a team and abduct myself into it because I am a conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to detail. I am flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. I also have lots of ideas and youthful enthusiasm; I’m keen to work for a company with a great reputation and high profile and would be very grateful for an opportunity. I am confident that my experience and writing skills qualify me for consideration.
