Areas of Expertise • Accounting ,Invoicing, banking and following up on all outstanding payments • Manage all Human Resource activities and other Administrative operational functions • Reconciliation of creditor’s statements and petty cash handling. • Company overview of both accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Providing financial departmental assistance and support corporate stake holders within and outside the organisation. • Payroll Processing and Payroll Run for 200 Employees • Track payments from all debtors and allocate payments within the system • Generate statements and send to all clients within the customer edge analysis whenever they are requested • Provide administrative support as needed. (E.g. report generation, file maintenance, record keeping, etc.) • Implement and maintain office administrative procedures and systems within the department • Maintain the payment track record and prepare monthly status report, as well as work on any outstanding issues before we roll over to the next month. • Reconciliation of all accounts and generations of VAT returns • Perform any other duties as required
