High proficiency in Document Control IT tools, Live Link, New Prodom, Aconex, Sharepoint, Soja, Pronto Stock Control, databases, and administrative procedures. Working knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and ability to create procedures and presentations as well as routine interactions with Project teams. Experience in areas of operations, Mechanical, Maintenance Engineering, Electrical and/or project technical support, including working experience with create and upload project Drawings, Permit, Procedure, Standard, Policy, Plans, Forms and Templates. High proficiency in control Physical and Electronic files. High proficiency in QDMS as per ISO 9001: 2015 of procedure of documented information.
