This was achieved by introducing WAR ROOM meeting, involving all stakeholders (Contractor, Government representative), and improving and speeding up the constructive procedure. I delivered some projects within specifications, on time and within budget (520 house of Resettlement Village in Afungi and road projects in Angola with 210 Km and others). I managed and evaluated project changes, verifying their implications for project success. In additional, I introduced and implemented Construction Readiness review before starting the works (Verify, discuss and validate contractor’s program - how they are prepared to commence the project in relation to HSE, equipment, materials, workers).
