Holding a degree in sociology and a vast experience as programme manager in complex environment and capacity building programmes focused to Parliament, Private Sector and Civil Society strengthening. In my previous role as Manager, I was in the position of Country Representative for the Westminster Foundation for Democracy in programme support to the Parliament of Mozambique. I have a solid knowledge on capacity building programmes including fundraising, research, advisory and well stablished networking in Mozambique and Southern Africa region.
