I have vocation and knowledge of the way how to monitor data collection and analysis process; During the course of my professional career, I set forth the functions described in the description of tasks such as facilitating the identification of income generation activities, facilitating markets linkage and microfinance services to microfinance agencies between CBO's, marketing shops of agricultural inputs and spare parts for water pumps and agricultural equipment for communities and producers, I have more than 14 years of previous professional experience relevant to the function; Good knowledge of Implementation of WASH, HEALTH, Community Participatory projects, good reporting and project Implementation skills, excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external working relationships with government, partners, people in a multicultural environment, with sensitivity and respect for diversity; My great challenge in this position will be to share the professional learning and to try to fit within the standards and values of the project and the organization in general.
