Resumo

 Responsible for various administrative activities in support of the HR Services function, including preparation of employment documents and maintenance of employment files.  Responsible for maintaining electronic and physical employee files, HR records and information to ensure they are up to date and secure.  Responsible for time of leave management, including maintenance of timesheet / license request and allocation of annual leave.  Prepare employment contract addendums.  Responsible for enrollment in health and life insurance benefits of employees and dependents.  Responsible for work orders to add new hire bank account details in the financial systems (SAP / UNISOL) for claims reimbursement.  Prepare certificates of completion for service providers to facilitate invoice payment.  Responsible for team meeting minutes.  Provide additional support to members of the HR service team as needed.
