
Responsible for various administrative activities in support of the HR Services function, including preparation of employment documents and maintenance of employment files. Responsible for maintaining electronic and physical employee files, HR records and information to ensure they are up to date and secure. Responsible for time of leave management, including maintenance of timesheet / license request and allocation of annual leave. Prepare employment contract addendums. Responsible for enrollment in health and life insurance benefits of employees and dependents. Responsible for work orders to add new hire bank account details in the financial systems (SAP / UNISOL) for claims reimbursement. Prepare certificates of completion for service providers to facilitate invoice payment. Responsible for team meeting minutes. Provide additional support to members of the HR service team as needed.
