Am head of procurement at Absa and am responsible to support on definition of Contract Management & Procurement Strategy, aligned with Company Business Plan to bring Value for Money (VFM) across organization and define Value Proposition that contributes for business enablement. Supports all Business Units and stakeholders to drive Commercial Value on effective spend management across implemented contracts (mainly Engineering Contracts) and to attain significant savings for the organization and ensure agreed SLAs and KPIs are delivered consistently.
