In my current role as Program Director at SCDS, I provide strategic leadership in resource mobilization, program development, and implementation. My responsibilities include ensuring quality monitoring and evaluation, fostering organizational learning, and maintaining strong relationships with partners, donors, and government entities. My work has consistently focused on improving the livelihoods of vulnerable communities through innovative and sustainable solutions. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and drive impactful initiatives. My expertise in climate-smart agriculture, land rights, natural resource management, and economic recovery has enabled me to design and implement successful programs that address the needs of diverse communities. I have also excelled in capacity building, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that projects achieve their desired outcomes.
