I have 14 years of experience in managing multi sectorial development programs and emergency aids in a fragile context, with budget up to $3milions per year, leading 10 technical coordinators and executing consistently between 98%-100% programmatic and finance targets. I have abilities to establish and manager partnership with local authorities, partners, and donors to facilitate efficient and impactful of interventions through diverse approaches such us partnering, rapid participatory diagnosis, theory of change and create and boost humanitarian action in fragile context. I have a degree in Development Studies and master's degree in Strategic Human Resources Management which allows me to implement, lead and coordinate Project with excellence in line with strategic objectives and sectorial technical approaches, policies and standards established, maximizing results and accountability. My experience covers the years 2000 to 2009 in supervision and implementation and from 2010 to 2024 in leadership, management of high performance teams; stakeholder engagement; technical support to the district technical coordinators, namely, livelihoods and climate change, child protection, health, design, monitoring and evaluation, finance, logistics and administration, and field team coordinators; operational and financial management; production of progress reports at World Vision Mozambique in Gaza and Zambezia Province.
