As site/production manager I was responsible for the planning meetings with management team, supply chain team, technical team, quality control team and logistic team. I was responsible to withdraw the money at the bank for the site activities and fill the patty cash for the expended. In coordination with the technical team I was responsible for organizing the shifts and the working teams (three shifts a day). Discuss the quality control issues with the quality control team to maximize the production, reduce the losses and make sure we meet the food grade certification requirements. With the supply chain decide the transport requirement to supply the raw material and the quantity expected for the production. Discuss with the technical team the technical need of spear parts for the machine and vehicle fleet. Plan the maintenance schedule and trainings for the employees. Fill in the daily production reports, monthly and trimestral report and submit to the national Director. Represent the national Director in the meeting, seminars and workshops. Discuss and decide with the logistic team the procurement plan a fuel need for the site production. plan with CDM and other clients the supply and truck loading plan.
